Gender equality

We consistently implement gender equality within the company. Across all locations, the proportion of female employees is 49.7 per cent. At around 39 per cent, the proportion of women in management positions at our company is above average; according to the Federal Statistical Office, it was only around 29 per cent nationwide in Germany in 2022.
